Ph.D.: President and CEO

Dr. Matt Gray has studied amphibian pathogens for >20 years and is currently leading research on pathogen movements in wildlife trade. He is passionate about helping businesses incorporate reasonable healthy trade practices into operations that result in healthier animals and increased customer satisfaction.

Debra Miller

DVM, Ph.D.: Director of Science and Diagnostics

Dr. Debra Miller is a wildlife veterinarian and certified wildlife biologist, with expertise in pathology. She has over 25 years of experience investigating disease in amphibians and reptiles.

Ashley Brinkman

Director of Public Relations

Ashley Brinkman is the Government Affairs Director at the Pet Advocacy Network (PAN), the advocacy group for the pet care community. She leads PAN’s Herpetological Committee work, Habitattitude program efforts and is the main pet industry contact for the Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force. Brinkman has direct experience coaching industry partners on how to respond to developing pet industry issues and operating as a liaison between industry and regulatory bodies like the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and state agencies across America. She also operates as the industry liaison for the Healthy Amphibian Trade Research Project.

Director of Industry

Mark George is the President of Reptiles by Mack and has over 20 years of business leadership experience. He is committed to producing happy, healthy animals for pet families to enjoy.

Danielle Galvin

Director of Operations and Outreach

Dr. Danielle Galvin is a researcher with expertise in pathogen surveillance and disease ecology and an avid pet amphibian and reptile keeper. She is experienced in disease diagnostics, husbandry of herpetofauna, and scientific communication and outreach.
